Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may no longer require a service with us. If this is the case this procedure must be followed to ensure that we both have record of the cancellation.
Please Note: In no circumstances will we accept a cancellation in the form of an email, telephone call, live support or forum post. If the service is not cancelled using the following procedure then you will continue to be liable for any payments to the account.
- Login to the billing area using your email address and password.
- Click My Hosting Packages.
- Locate your package in the list provided and press 'view details'
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click 'Request Cancellation'
- Fill out the form provided and press 'Request Cancellation'
- Once this has been done we will of received your cancellation. This does not mean your service has been cancelled straight away.
If you can answer yes to any of the following then your service will not be cancelled:
- Do you have unpaid outstanding Invoices?
- Did you send the cancellation request via email, telephone call, live support or forum post?
- Did you cancel the service less than 2 days in advance of the billing renewal?
- Do you currently have a AUP/TOS Violation against your account?
Please Note: If a cancellation request is served you will not be refunded any un-used service time. If however you are upgrading to a new package and canceling the old one then a credit will be added to your account at our discretion.
