urevised.com Limited considers customer privacy paramount and to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy, the following agreement has been created to explain our policies and procedures.
- We encrypt all sensitive data such as credit card details.
- We do not distribute any of your information to third parties.
- When you cancel your services with us we will keep all information about the client for at least 2 years in accordance with UK Law. None of this information will be distributed to third parties unless required to do so by Law. All data is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- When processing any credit / debit card details we use SSL Encryption.
- Any email determined as spam by us or our software may be removed from the server. We may also take further action against your account if we deem necessary.
- We may collect data relating to browsing trends, browser information which includes ip address, operating system, browser type.
- We may store any conversations made between clients' and staff.
This privacy policy may be changed at any time and you will be liable to the changes. It is your responsibility to ensure you are kept up to date with this document.
